My Journey

A little about my own personal endometriosis journey. Here I am, taking a little time to tell you about a few milestones of my own which have brought me here today to help you all throughout your own individual paths to improving your symptoms.

✨ I experienced horrible endo-related symptoms since the age of 12 when I first got my period. I spent YEARS going on and off of the pill in hopes I’d find relief.

✨ In June 2017, my hubby and I tied the knot, and my first year of marriage was the HARDEST year of my life, filled with many horrible endo flares.

✨ In May 2018 I had my surgery. While it brought me some closure, it didn’t make an impact in helping to eliminate the anguish I was experiencing.

✨ I was already in the nutrition space at the time, but decided to further my expertise to explore how nutrition would help me throughout my own path to symptom improvement. I experienced so many ups and downs through exploring so many different dietary restrictions, which didn’t seem to be promoting any reduction in pain, etc.

✨ Eventually, through my research and through my own exploratory journey with food, I began to feel better and discover my own endo triggers, finally experiencing some relief and positivity.

✨ Three years ago my hubby and myself decided to expand our family. We are still on this journey today.

Ultimately, my pain and endo symptoms are 10 times less than what used to be. The biggest lesson for me? Learning that symptom improvement isn’t always linear. It’s a bumpy road, with many frustrations and lessons to be learned.

I can relate to you, having, as you can see, hit many challenging milestones myself. I am in your corner.

I’d love to meet you!

Cindy
